For your assignment you will need a black tri-fold board, paper, pencils, markers, construction paper and anything else that you think will help complete your display board. Look at photos of the region, the flag of the region, as well as traditional costumes. These will give you an idea of the color scheme that will best represent your region.
Your are required to include the following information in the centre of your board.

- the capital
- the climate
- the flag
- important landmarks
- description of the geography

You may also include other small images of anything you found interesting.
You are required to include the following information and photos on the outer folds of your board.
- traditional ingredients from your region
- local ingredients (including vegetables, herbs, meat, seafood, etc.)

- a recipe
- a menu from a restaurant specializing in local cuisine
